PagBitcoin - Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

1. About this policy

This policy covers the website and the PagBitcoin application (net.jakware.pagbitcoin), published by Jakware NET, including website pages displayed inside the application.

This policy explains how PagBitcoin collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit the website, use the application, contact us or request a service.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you disagree, do not provide personal data or continue the request.

2. Information we collect

The application transmits data to PagBitcoin servers and the integrated services described below. We may collect and store order email addresses, names/emails and types of Android accounts made accessible by the system, user identifiers associated with registration and orders, Android ID (UDID), an installation UUID and notification token.

We also receive IP address, device model and operating system, app version, carrier, country, language, time zone and resolution; when accessible to the SDK, Bluetooth name and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi MAC addresses. Approximate location may be inferred from IP; latitude and longitude, including precise location, depend on location authorization.

We use these data to register installations, associate users and orders, assist form filling, provide support, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and analyze service operation. Server records are stored, rather than processed only temporarily on the device.

We collect only information needed to answer requests, process orders, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with legal obligations.

  • Data you provide, such as name, contact email, telephone, country and information required for the selected service.
  • Order and payment data, including service, amount, currency, recipient, references and order status. We do not ask for your cryptocurrency private key.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, language, browser, operating system, technical identifiers and a device fingerprint used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Messages sent through the contact form and captcha responses.

3. How we use information

  • Create, validate, perform and track orders.
  • Send confirmations, tokens, status notices and receipts to the user.
  • Answer requests and improve service stability and usability.
  • Detect fraud, improper automation, security incidents and rule violations.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory and accounting duties and respond to competent authorities.

4. Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies and local storage to retain language, theme, session, cart and essential preferences. We also use technical identifiers for security. You can restrict these features in your browser, but parts of the service may no longer work correctly.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it only with providers needed to deliver the service, such as infrastructure, communications, security, processing and operational partners under confidentiality duties, or when required by law and a competent authority.

6. Application and permissions

Some permissions are required when using our App, but none of them are mandatory.

We also collect the phone ID to register your device and restore orders placed using this device.

  • Permission to use the camera is used to read barcodes on bank slips.
  • Permission to read and write files is for opening and saving your order receipts.
  • The localization permission is for us to define your language and indicate the best currencies for payment according to your area.
  • The contact permission is for us to fill in your data in the order and get in touch.
  • Status permission is for your phone to receive status notifications of your order when the app is not open.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described, legal claims and statutory periods. We apply reasonable technical and administrative controls, but no transmission or storage is completely risk-free.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, sharing information, objection or withdrawal of consent. Some data may be retained to comply with law or protect legal rights.

9. Protection of children and adolescents

PagBitcoin services are intended exclusively for people with legal capacity to conduct transactions and are not offered to anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child’s data was provided, we will stop processing it and take reasonable steps to delete it, unless retention is required by law.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in other countries by infrastructure providers and partners required to perform the services, under compatible protection and security measures.

11. Do Not Track signals and global privacy preferences

Some browsers offer privacy preference signals such as Do Not Track (DNT). Because there is no uniform technical interpretation for this signal, PagBitcoin does not automatically change all data processing when it is enabled.

Even when DNT is active, we may use cookies, local storage, sessions and technical identifiers strictly required for security, fraud prevention, cart operation, language and theme preferences, and delivery of requested services.

PagBitcoin does not use these technologies for behavioral advertising.

12. Third-party behavioral tracking

The cookie and browser-signal information in this policy applies to the website. The application includes Google Analytics for Firebase, whose metric and identifier collection is described under integrated services. We do not sell personal data. Automatic SDK collection must be considered separately from website cookie preferences.

13. Email communications and the CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act establishes rules for commercial email, including sender identification, transparent subject lines and respect for recipient preferences.

PagBitcoin does not send newsletters, offers or marketing emails. We use email addresses to identify and associate users and installations, assist order filling, validate requests with tokens, send confirmations, updates and receipts, provide support and communicate service information. Available Android account emails may be transmitted to PagBitcoin and PushFF registration before you complete an order, subject to system permissions and restrictions.

Our messages use truthful sender information and subject lines consistent with their content. We do not use false or misleading subjects, email addresses or routing information.

Because these communications are transactional and result from a request initiated by the user, they may be necessary to complete the service or report the order status. For questions about a received message, contact contato@pagbitcoin.com.

14. Services integrated into the application

PushFF and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) provide notification registration and delivery. PushFF receives registration tokens, UUID, Android ID, available account data, device/network information and notification delivery, receipt and click records; location may be sent when authorized and available. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes installation identifiers and data needed to deliver messages.

Google Analytics for Firebase receives application usage and interaction metrics, installation identifiers, operating system/device information and approximate location. The SDK may also collect the advertising identifier when available and allowed by configuration and Android. These data support usage and operation analysis. Google services also process data under their policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may request access, correction or deletion of data for which PagBitcoin is responsible through the contact below; revoking permission does not automatically delete previously transmitted records.

15. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version.
