Understand the rules before applying your coupon

Each campaign may have its own conditions. Learn how to apply a code and which criteria determine whether it is available for your orders.

How to use a coupon

Coupons are applied in the cart before payment is generated.

  1. Add all orders you want to pay to the cart.
  2. Open “I have a Coupon” and enter the campaign code.
  3. Enter the same email used for at least one order in the cart.
  4. Check the code rules, select Apply and review the discount before paying.

Code conditions

What may vary for each coupon

The cart shows the code’s current conditions. Not every item below applies to every campaign.

Validity and amounts

A coupon may have start and end dates, a minimum order and a maximum discount.

Eligible audience

A campaign may apply to everyone, invited emails or allowed domains only.

First order

Welcome coupons require an email with no previous confirmed PagBitcoin payment.

Allowed domains

When active, the part after @ in the email must be on the campaign’s allowed list.

Usage limits

Each coupon allows one use per email and may add device and network checks to prevent reuse.

REF compatibility

Some coupons can be combined with a REF code; others require removing REF first.
